Suitcase deadlifts (32) 10/10 reps x 3 sets
Pistol with pole support 5/5 reps x 3 sets
One Handed Swing (32) 10/10 reps x 5 sets, 10/6, 6/7, 10/8, 10/10 reps
Pull ups total 50 reps

Although my nerve glides are not correct, they are helpful for grip. Don't omit them.
