Night

1. I phase, Nerve glides (lower body)

2. Kettlebell (joint mobility drill between sets)

One hand Swing (24 kg) 20 reps x 2 sets

One leg deead lift (24 kg) 5 reps x 2 sets

Snatch (16 kg) 10 reps x 2 sets

Snatch (24 kg) 5 reps (I just tried)


Spine mobility drill makes snatch easy. 10 reps snatch with 16 kg was easy because my shoulder movement was improved.
