Kettlebell group class

1. Review of Nerve Glides (lower body)



Night

1. I-phase , Nerve Glides (Sural, Peroneal and Tibial)


2. Kettlebell (do some joint mobility drill between sets)

One handed Swing (24 kg) 20 reps x 2 sets

Press (16 kg) 5 reps x 2 sets

Snatch (16 kg) 5 reps x 2 sets


3. Nerve Glides with sitting on a chair


This week, my kettlebell training will be easy volume.

I will focus on Nerve glides.


My current hard drill of joint mobility (Do these between sets of KB training)

1. Thoracic AP and circle

2. Inside toe pull

3. Pelvic AP and circle

4. Wrist circle
