1. I phase, Nerve Glides

2. Kettlebell (Inside)

One Handed Swing (24 kg) 40 reps x 2 sets

Clean & Press Ladder (16 kg) (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) x 3 sets

3. I phase


Today, I could reach 40 reps in one hand swing. 2nd set was really hard.

After training, my wrist joint became tight. I should practice Z health more.
