1. I phase, Nerve Glides (sural, peroneal, and tibial)


2. Kettlebell (Joint mobility between sets) (21:10-22:00)

One handed swing (24 kg) 20 reps x 2 sets

Press (16 kg) 5 reps x 2 sets (calf raise between sets)

Front squat (16 kg) 5/5 (R/L) reps x 2 sets

Snatch (16 kg) 10 reps x 2 sets


3. Nerve Glides (same as 1.)


Snatch became easier. Practice of press is also helpful for snatch.
