1. Nerve Glides & Joint mobility drills (3 times a day)

3. Kettlebell (20:00-20:40)
One handed Swing (24 kg) 20 reps x 2 sets
C & P (24 kg) 1, 1, 2, 2, 2 reps each side
Snatch (16 kg) 5-8 reps x 3 sets
Punch in snatch should be done straight. Don't lean forward or backward.
