1. I phase, Nerve Glides (whole body)

2. Kettlebell

One handed Swing (24 kg) 20 reps x 2 sets

C & P Ladder (24 kg) (1, 2, 3) x 5 sets


3. NWU 2


This is first time that I used 24 kg for ladder. Left side is still bad.

With 24 kg, 5 reps will be really diffcult. But I will try 5 ladders x 5 sets this week.
