1. I phase, Nerve Glides (lower body; tibial, sural, peroneal on chair and lying position)
2. Kettlebell
One Handed Swing (24 kg) 20 reps x 2 sets for warm up
C & P Ladder (24 kg) (1, 2, 3, 4) x 5 sets (right side)
(1, 2, 3, 4), (1, 2, 3, 3) x 2 sets, (1, 2, 2, 2) x 2 sets (left side)
3. Nerve Glides (same as #1)
About Left side press, 3 or 4 reps are my current maximum.
I couldnt complete today's ladder.
My coach told me to practice Nerve Glides a lot for over head position
